6. Data Not Collected via Cookies
Consistent with DeskVoice’s sub-processor commitments, live caller audio is streamed for transcription (Deepgram) and never retained, text sent to OpenAI is anonymized and not used for model training, and outbound voice synthesis (ElevenLabs) does not involve any caller audio or personal data. Payment details are processed and stored solely by Stripe.
